ATTENTION!
The number of places is limited (300 runners) – the position in the race is determined by the date of registration and it is filled on first come first served basis. Registering means filling in and sending the registration form and paying the registration fee on the provided bank account.

10:00 start of the race
12:00-15:00 lunch (Food for all Mountain Runners - „Bistro pod Smerkami”)
15:30 awards ceremony / winners' decoration
4. Distance / Trail:
The trail leads from Kuźnice (995 m above sea level) via Myślenickie Turnie (1354 m above sea level) up to the top of Kasprowy Wierch (1987 m above sea level)
Distance: 7.500 m (marked every one km and the last 500m)
Denivelation in plus: + 992 m (13,2 %)
As the trail leads in The Tatra National Park territory all the participants are obliged to respect Park's Regulations.
Participants getting off the path shall be disqualified.
The organizer guarantees to all participants the run-down Kasprowy Wierch by the cable car.
5. Age categories (women & men), the minimum number of participants for each category to be separated is three:
Men: M-18-34, M-35, M-40, M-45, M-50, M-55, M-60, M-65, M-70
Women: K-18-34, K-35, K-40, K-45, K-50, K-55, K-60, K-65, K-70
6. Enrollemnt fee
25 euro
The fee includes:
memorial T-shirt, bag for deposit, a medical protection and TOPR, after-race hot meal, drinks, gifts from sponsors (depending on sponsors) and lots of fun :)
The amount shall be paid immediately at check-in (this effectuated via www) by bank transfer to the account number

7. Prizes:
In general classification (women & men) the winners will be remunerated as follows:

2. Medals (gold, silver, brown),
3. Cash prizes (netto – taxes are paid by the organizator)

9. Registration
The deadline is 14.06.2010 online. The number of places limited (300 runners)– the position in the race is determined by the date of registration and it is filled on first come first served basis. Registering means filling in and sending the registration form and paying the registration fee on the provided bank account.
ACCOMODATION is not provided – you can find some accommodation addresses on the organizator’s website.
10. Anti-doping control
The organizator provides himself with the possibility of carrying out random anti-doping control. A competitor is obliged to undergo an anti-doping control on appointed day and in appointed time on penalty of disqualification.
11. Final regulations
- the race will take place regardless weather conditions
- in case of very bad weather conditions the organizer reatins the right to change the race itinerary
- competitors running out of trail will be disqualified
- start numbers MUST be apparent, visibly attached to the front of the race t-shirt
- each participant will receive a deposit bag in which to put needed personal belongings. The bags will be delivered back at the top of Kasprowy Wierch in local Alpin Sport Shop.
- expecting a great number of pariticipants and having in mind everybodys' safety, the use of trekking poles will not be allowed
- competitors take part in the race on their own risk, every participant will be asked to sign an indispensable declaration;
- picking-up a start number confirms the acceptance of present regulations.
